The
HYDROFLOW™ Black Walnut Shell media filter
has evolved through five generations from the original
nut shell filter which has proven it's self with units
in operation for the past 30 years. The HYDROFLOW™
filter performs the filtration and backwash cycles just
as the original down flow, high rate nut shell media
filter did. However, by relocating the pump and eliminating
several of the valves we were able to solve all of its
short comings, such as screen plugging and failure to
restart if shut down during backwash.

The
FLOWGUARD ™ Automatic
Backwashable Filter Cartridge (ABC) is an alternative
to applications using replaceable cartridges, which can
mean substantial savings in operational cost. Not only is
there substantial savings in cartridge cost, but our programmable
controllers provide hands off daily operation and automatic
back flushing.
The
STAGE ™
System has united three proven
separation technologies, residency time, dispersed gas flotation
and coalescing, to produce extraordinary results at a reasonable
price.

units. These units are one foot in diameter and about
nine feet tall. They are fully automatic and have a
thru-put of 9 gpm or 300 bwpd and run on 220 volts 1Ph.
